computer-aided semen analysis
(CASA), computer-assisted semen analysis any of various methods of automated, objective, standardized evaluation of sperm concentration and movement in a semen sample, assessing the individual's potential fertility or infertility. Most techniques use video recordings showing movements of multiple spermatozoa.
