[TA] apex of posterior horn of spinal cord: the extremity of the posterior horn of the spinal cord, which is capped by the posteromarginal nucleus (Rexed lamina I) and the substantia gelatinosa (Rexed lamina II). Called also a. of dorsal horn of spinal cord.
