dor·zo·la·mide hy·dro·chlo·ride (dor-zoґlə-mīd) a carbonic acid anhydrase inhibitor, used as an antiglaucoma agent in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension; applied topically to the conjunctiva.
