epichlorohydrin
epi·chlo·ro·hy·drin (ep″ə-klor″o-hiґdrin) a solvent for resins, paints, varnishes, and other organic compounds; it is strongly irritant to the skin and is carcinogenic. Called also chloropropylene oxide.
