histophilosis
his·to·phi·lo·sis (his″to-fĭ-loґsis) septicemic infection of cattle with Histophilus somni; the most serious form is fatal thromboembolic meningoencephalitis, but it may also take the form of bronchopneumonia, fibrinous pleuritis, myocarditis, or mastitis.
