intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia

intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia
a benign vascular tumor usually occurring as a solitary nodule of the head, neck, or finger; it is characterized by papillary lobules of proliferating endothelial cells with an underlying fibrous stroma, and often resembles angiosarcoma. Called also Masson tumor.
