squamous hyperplasia
squamous cell hyperplasia thickening of vulval tissue, often owing to chronic irritation such as from a chemical agent, allergic condition, or physical irritation; it may also be secondary to a vulval condition such as lichen sclerosus. Called also hyperplastic dystrophy.
