ganglion cell layer of retina

ganglion cell layer of retina
a layer of the stratum nervosum retinae, situated between the inner plexiform layer and the nerve fiber layer, consisting essentially of the ganglion cells of the retina, and containing also the MÑŒller fibers, neuroglia, and branches of the retinal vessels.
