spindle cell lipoma
a rare, benign, circumscribed, painless lesion in the dermis or subcutaneous tissue of the posterior neck or shoulder, usually in middle-aged or older men; it contains fat cells, spindle cells, bundles of birefringent collagen, and a myxoid stroma.
