midodrine hydrochloride
mi·do·drine hy·dro·chlo·ride (miґdo-drēn) a direct-acting sympathomimetic agent, which stimulates the α-adrenergic receptors of the arteriolar and venous vasculature; used as a vasopressor in the treatment of orthostatic hypotension, administered orally.
