uracil mustard
a cytotoxic alkylating agent that is the uracil derivative of nitrogen mustard, used as an antineoplastic in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic and chronic granulocytic leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, mycosis fungoides, and polycythemia vera; now generally replaced by more effective agents.
