bron·cho·spi·rom·e·try (brong″ko-spi-romґə-tre) determination of the vital capacity, oxygen intake, and carbon dioxide excretion of a single lung, or simultaneous measurements of the function of each lung separately. Called also bronchoscopic spirometry.
