facet osteoarthritis
facet joint osteoarthritis a type of spondylarthritis centered in facet joints, with disk degeneration and pain; it is most common in the lumbar region and also occurs in the cervical region. Called also facet or facet joint arthritis and facet or facet joint arthropathy.
