diazo reagent
a reagent consisting of two solutions which are mixed just prior to the test in the proportion of 25 mL of solution A to 0.75 mL of B. Solution A: sulfanilic acid, 1 g; distilled water, 1000 mL. Solution B: sodium nitrite, 0.5 g: distilled water, 100 mL.
