CR4

CR4
a β2 integrin (CD11c/CD18) expressed on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and NK cells that binds to inactivated C3b (iC3b) and to the fragment C3dg and also mediates leukocyte adhesion. It is involved in both Fc receptor–mediated and Fc-independent phagocytosis. It comprises an α and a β chain; the latter is common also to CR3. Called also glycoprotein p150,95 and p150,95.
