ce·men·to·blas·to·ma (sə-men″to-blas-toґmə) a rare, benign odontogenic tumor arising from the cementum and presenting as a proliferating mass contiguous with a tooth root, particularly that of a mandibular molar. Patients are generally asymptomatic, although cortical expansion and pain can occur.
