Mendel-Bekhterev reflex

Mendel-Bekhterev reflex
percussion of the dorsum of the foot normally causes dorsal flexion of the second to fifth toes; in certain organic nervous conditions it causes plantar flexion of the toes. Called also Bekhterev-Mendel, cuboidodigital, dorsocuboidal, Mendel, or tarsophalangeal r.
