cutaneous necrotizing venulitis
necrotizing vasculitis of venules of the skin, usually of the limbs, caused by deposition of circulating immune complexes; it may be associated with infection, chronic disease, or drug administration, or be idiopathic. Manifestations are variable, the most common being palpable purpura, angioedema, urticaria, and deposition of fibrinoid material and cellular infiltrates.
