COP-coated vesicle

COP-coated vesicle
a transport vesicle having a COP (coat protein) coat; COPI-coated vesicles transport cargo within the Golgi complex and from the Golgi complex to the endoplasmic reticulum, while COPII-coated vesicles transport cargo from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi complex.
