juvenile xanthogranuloma
a rare, benign, self-limited skin tumor, usually present at birth on the head, trunk, or proximal part of a limb, consisting of discolored papules or nodules caused by lipid-laden macrophages, inflammatory cells, and Touton giant cells in the dermis.
