Histocompatible
The prefix histo- means tissue. The term histocompatible is literally tissue compatible. If a donor and recipient are histocompatible (like identical twins), a transplant will be easily accepted.

his·to·com·pat·i·ble (his″to-kəm-patґĭ-bəl) pertaining to a donor and recipient who share a sufficient number of histocompatibility antigens (q.v.) so that a graft is accepted and remains functional.
