anti-androgen
n.
any one of a group of drugs that block the cellular uptake of testosterone by the prostate gland and are therefore used in the treatment of prostate cancer, which is an androgen-dependent tumour, and various sexual disorders in men. Anti-androgens include bicalutamide, cyproterone, finasteride, and flutamide.
