angioma serpiginosum
a rare type of generalized essential telangiectasia characterized by groups of orange to red dots on the skin that enlarge and form new dots at the periphery with central clearing, which produces annular or serpiginous patterns. The eruption usually occurs on the lower limbs in girls and young women. Called also Hutchinson disease.
