morphealike basal cell carcinoma, morpheic basal cell carcinoma carcinoma usually seen on the face or neck as white, scarlike, telangiectatic lesions with poorly defined borders, characterized histologically by strands of basal cells surrounded by dense hyalinized stroma, and usually spreading laterally. Called also sclerosing basal cell c.
