cer·a·mide cho·line·phos·pho·trans·fer·ase (serґə-mīd ko″lēn-fos″fo-transґfər-ās) [EC 2.7.8.3] an enzyme of the transferase class that catalyzes the transfer of a phosphorylated choline group from CDPcholine to ceramide to form sphingomyelin.
