citalopram hydrobromide
ci·tal·o·pram hy·dro·bro·mide (si-talґo-pram) [USP] a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), chemically unrelated to other SSRI's and consisting of a racemic mixture of two stereoisomers (S- and R-, the S-isomer being pharmaceutically active); used as an antidepressant, administered orally.
