crus mediale anuli inguinalis superficialis [TA] the part of the superficial inguinal ring that is attached to the symphysis and that blends with the fundiform ligament of the penis. Called also anterior or internal c. of internal inguinal ring and anterior or internal c. of superficial inguinal ring.
