Carabelli cusp

Carabelli cusp
an accessory cusp on the lingual aspect of the mesiolingual cusp of an upper molar, which may be unilateral or bilateral and may vary considerably in size; it is common in Caucasians but quite rare in East Asians and certain other groups. Called also Carabelli tubercle and tuberculum anomale dentis [TA].
