der·ma·to·lym·phan·gio·ad·e·ni·tis (dur″mə-to-lim-fan″je-o-ad″ə-niґtis) a complication of obstructive peripheral lymphedema, characterized by local tenderness and erythema of the skin of the affected limb, often with red streaks along the distribution of the superficial lymphatics and lymph node enlargement. Systemic symptoms include fever, chills, and malaise.
