di·a·zi·quone (AZQ) (di-aґzĭ-kwōn″) an alkylating agent that acts by cross-linking DNA, used as an antineoplastic in the treatment of primary brain malignancies, administered intravenously; it has also been used experimentally in the treatment of leukemia.
