di·car·box·yl·ic·ac·id·uria (di″kahr-bok-sil″ik-as″id-uґre-ə) urinary excretion of high levels of dicarboxylic acids, as occurs in deficiencies of acyl-CoA dehydrogenase, when β-oxidation of fatty acids is blocked and ω-oxidation is predominant.
