46XY gonadal dysgenesis
a complete androgen insensitivity syndrome in which a phenotypic female has a 46,XY karyotype with streak gonads, sexual infantilism, and primary amenorrhea; there are sporadic and X-linked types. Called also Swyer syndrome.
