estropipate
es·tro·pi·pate (esґtro-pĭ-pāt) [USP] a compound of estrone sulfate and piperazine, having actions similar to those of other estrogen preparations and used in estrogen replacement therapy to treat estrogen deficiency of various causes, the vasomotor symptoms of menopause, and vulvar and vaginal atrophy, and also in the prophylaxis of osteoporosis. Administered orally or intravaginally.
