[TA] lateral fasciculus proprius of spinal cord: any of the bundles of white substance in the lateral funiculus of the spinal cord at the gray–white matter interface, consisting of intersegmental fibers, some of which have passed from the contralateral side, and probably reticulospinal and autonomic fibers; called also lateral intersegmental f. of spinal cord and lateral intersegmental tract of spinal cord.
