Korff fibers

Korff fibers
collagen fibrils extending from fibroblasts (preodontoblasts), which project their processes toward the inner enamel epithelium (preameloblasts), whence they reach the area of aperiodic fibrils and basal lamina, where they form bundles and make up the matrix for dentin, particularly the mantle dentin.
