glucan transferase
glu·can trans·fer·ase (glooґkan transґfər-ās) an enzyme transferring glucosyl chains in glucans from one site to another, usually with specific conformations of donor and acceptor sites; see oligo-1,4,-1,4-glucantransferase and 1,4-α-glucan branching enzyme.
