keratosis lichenoides chronica
a rare, chronic, progressive skin condition characterized by discolored lichenoid papules arranged in a linear, reticular pattern, usually on the limbs and trunk, and an oily, scaly eruption resembling seborrheic dermatitis on the upper face. Called also Nйkam disease.
