1. bull's-eye l. 2. a small, circumscribed focus of necrosis with a gray center surrounded by erythema, seen in the lungs in invasive aspergillosis. 3. a skin lesion characteristic of erythema multiforme, consisting of a central zone that has a bulla or crust and is surrounded by one or two concentric zones of changed colors. Called also bull's-eye l.
