lymphocystis
lym·pho·cys·tis (lim″fo-sisґtis) [lympho- + cystis] a common, chronic, nonfatal disease of marine and freshwater fish, caused by Lymphocystivirus and characterized by tumorlike nodules, generally on the skin and fins, consisting of hypertrophied connective tissue cells. Called also lymphocystis disease.
