retractile mesenteritis
sclerosing mesenteritis inflammation and variable fibrosis of the mesentery producing thickening, sclerosis, and retraction, sometimes resulting in distortion or obstruction of intestinal loops. Some authorities consider this a fibrotic variant of mesenteric panniculitis.
