guttate morphea
morphea characterized by small, rounded, atrophic macules, arranged in clusters or lines and sometimes surrounded by a purplish zone. This type is difficult to distinguish from lichen sclerosus, and some authorities believe the two conditions are the same. Called also white spot disease.
