musculus suspensorius duodeni
[TA] suspensory muscle of duodenum: a flat band of smooth muscle originating from the left crus of the diaphragm, and continuous with the muscular coat of the duodenum at its junction with the jejunum. Called also ligamentum suspensorius duodeni [TA alternative].
