confluent and reticulate papillomatosis

confluent and reticulate papillomatosis
a progressive, pruritic skin condition seen primarily in prepubescent girls; it begins on the chest and back as keratotic, pigmented papules that increase in size and spread outward over the body. Centrally located lesions tend to become confluent and peripherally located ones to become reticulate. Called also Gougerot-Carteaud syndrome.
