large plaque parapsoriasis
a chronic, asymptomatic to mildly symptomatic eruption consisting of flat, round, red to blue, sometimes large and hardened plaques with superficial scaling; the usual location is on the trunk (especially the hips, buttocks, or female breasts), or the proximal limbs. The retiform type is particularly likely to progress to cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
