poikiloderma of Civatte
a skin condition seen on sun-exposed areas, especially the face and back of the neck, usually in middle-aged, fair-skinned persons; characteristics include reticulated, blotchy, red to brown hyperpigmentation, telangiectasias, and interspersed small, pale, atrophic areas. It may be associated with a photosensitivity mechanism.
