porokeratosis of Mibelli
the classic type of porokeratosis, a chronic, progressive, autosomal dominant type seen most often in males, usually first appearing in early childhood. Lesions are isolated, light brown papules with irregular shapes and a surrounding ridge that is often bifurcated; they may grow to several centimeters in diameter.
