[TA] interventricular septal branches of left coronary artery: branches of the anterior interventricular branch of the left coronary artery that supply about the anterior two-thirds of the interventricular septum. See illustration at ramus circumflexus arteriae coronariae sinistrae. Called also anterior interventricular septal arteries and anterior septal arteries.
