Chilaiditi syndrome

Chilaiditi syndrome
interposition of the colon between the liver and diaphragm. Usually the condition is asymptomatic in adults, but symptoms are evident in children and include vomiting, abdominal pain, anorexia, constipation, and aerophagia. Signs include abdominal distention and absence of liver dullness.
