[TA] trigone of lateral lemniscus: a small, more or less distinct triangular area lateral to the isthmus and the inferior colliculus, bounded inferiorly by the superior cerebellar peduncle and the lateral lemniscus, posteromedially by the brachium of the inferior colliculus, and anterolaterally by the lateral sulcus of the mesencephalon.
