exo-1,4-α-d-glucosidase
A hydrolase removing terminal α-1,4-linked d-glucose residues from nonreducing ends of chains, with release of β-d-glucose. SYN: acid maltase, amyloglucosidase, γ-amylase, glucoamylase.
